Roland to support London Music Show

Musicians will have the chance to look at the very latest Roland instruments and equipment at this year's London Music Show.

The upcoming event, which is aimed at both aspiring and experienced players, gets underway on October 8th 2010 at the ExCel in London.

Roland will be among the manufacturers showcasing its products at the event, which encompasses demonstrations, seminars and masterclasses.

The London Music Show has been organised by publishing group Future, which described it as an "important event" for the music industry.

Event director Chris Down commented: "The London Music Show will be a truly interactive experience and inspirational day out."

Speaking to Mi Pro, he said the show would give people the chance to try out and buy gear and learn new techniques.

This comes after Paul McManus of the Music Industries Association said he hopes the event will inspire visitors who do not play an instrument to take up music.
