Roland kit 'perfect' for aspiring drummers

For those who are looking to start drumming, Roland has the perfect piece of equipment.

Otis Deley and Jason Bradbury, who are two of the presenters of the Gadget Show on Channel Five, have said they think the Roland HD-1 V Drums kit makes a brilliant Christmas present, online news portal Music Radar observed.

Labelling it a "much more sophisticated gadget proposition", Bradbury endorses the piece of equipment, which could turn out to be ideal as a beginner's drum kit.

While it will not turn people into Keith Moon or John Bonham overnight, aspiring musicians may be able to get a good grounding from it.

So for parents looking to brighten up their children's faces during the festive season, Deley and Bradbury think you cannot go wrong with the HD-1.

The model scooped the iF product design award in the lifestyle and leisure category in 2009 and is marketed as an "all-in-one drum kit for the masses".
