Roland V-Piano upgrades draw praise

Roland's range of V-Pianos has been singled out for praise by reviewers.

According to Sonic State, the instruments are "seriously impressive".

This, it said, is partly because they have an amazing level of detail in their physical modelling.

As a result, Sonic State is very happy that Roland is continuing to build upon the strengths of this range in its latest products.

"It's good news that Roland has continued the development of those piano models," it commented.

This recommendation comes shortly after Andy Barrett, editor-in-chief of MI Pro, hailed digital pianos for accurately replicating the feel of acoustic instruments, thanks to features such as their authentic sounds and weighted keys.

According to Roland, its latest downloadable updates enhance the sonic possibilities of its V-Piano range, which it described as "groundbreaking".

The manufacturer added that this range of products has taken the music world "by storm" since its release and won praise from many of the world's leading piano players.
