Musicians selling through iTunes "is the future"

Artists making music might find selling their tracks through iTunes is the best method for success, according to guitarist Marc Rizzo.
He told M is for Music that bands can take promotion into their own hands by selling songs through the Apple store and their own website, as well as physical CDs at gigs.
"I've been selling more on iTunes than anything. Definitely the future is people buying music through iTunes," he remarked.
The Calvera Conspiracy and Soulfly star recently completed a string of solo dates in the US, including appearances in Texas, California and Wichita, Kansas.
Budding guitarists keen to follow in Rizzo's footsteps might want to ensure they put in plenty of practice, as he says he enjoys music every single day and would pick up his instrument regularly, even if he was not out on the road or preparing for a session with one of his bands.
