MfA Projects:
“A life with music is a life of diversity, joy and exploration. I would encourage
anyone to start playing and experience the benefits of music-making. Music for
All is encouraging all ages and genres which is a fantastic start to developing
musicianship in the UK.” Dame Evelyn Glennie
The charity is currently working on 2 specific projects:
Free Taster Lessons for School age Children

Teaching in Prisons and Young Offender Institutions
We have just started a project to teach guitar lessons over a 6 month period at Full Sutton Prison in York.
The project is supported by “Rockschool” in order that the students achieve real musical qualifications at the end of the course.
We have now started a similar project at Wetherby Young Offenders Institute.
