Customer Service is available Monday through Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm.

If, after consulting the product's owners’ manual, you still need operational assistance you can contact our product support team by logging your enquiry via our Product Support Form. Your enquiry will be logged and placed in a queue where we aim to respond to your enquiry within 24 Working Hours.
